The parties have resolved their dispute regarding ‘John 1.’ No party admits liability. Going forward, ‘John 1’ will be published and administered by Gentry Publications (administered worldwide by the Fred Bock Publishing Group), and IBC will continue to use the work pursuant to the parties’ agreement.
