US Rentals are shipped. Canada and International are PDF
Rentals are 6 weeks long and sent to you 7 weeks ahead of your performance date. Additional time available for a fee.
Payment via credit card only. $200 reservation fee at the time of order. Reservation fee is 50% refundable if canceled before the rental order is processed. Shipping & handling charges are calculated at the time of shipping. The reservation fee will be reimbursed upon return of the rented music in good and clean condition. Rental music is to be returned on time and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement
A license for performance is required. You are not required to purchase one from us if you possess a PRO (Performing Rights Organization), ASCAP OR SACEM license or if your performance is part of a religious service and you are NOT paying any of your musicians.
A license is required from us to stream or post your performance online. To request your license, please contact licensing@fredbock.com
Marking of music in #2 pencil ONLY. All music returned must be erased clean so no marks can be seen. Failure to return clean music will result in additional fees.
Lost or damaged music will result in additional charges. Instrumental parts are $20 with the exception of the organ score which is $50. Conductor's scores are billed at the current purchase cost plus 10%.
International rentals are required to completely destroy both PDFs and printed copies and provide written proof of destruction.
Upon completion of this reservation form and payment, you will be sent an email from our rental coordinator with the complete Rental Request Form and Terms and Conditions. These are fillable PDFs and you will receive instruction on how to complete them. No handwritten forms will be processed.
